The short version. Your details are used to answer you

Only what you send us through the form on the start-a-build page: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give one, city, current website address if you have one, the level you are asking about, your language preference, and your message.

Stored alongside that message are two things your browser sends with every request anywhere on the internet, which our host passes on to us: your browser’s user-agent string and the country the request came from. We keep them to tell real enquiries from spam. Nothing else is gathered automatically beyond the standard request logs our hosting provider keeps.

To answer you, to prepare a draft of your site, and to keep track of the conversation if we end up working together. That is all. We do not build profiles, and we do not enrich your record with data from anywhere else.

The people at Zielo Media working on your project. We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. Our hosting provider stores the submission on our behalf as part of running the site.

This site runs no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking cookies.

No page here loads anything from another company’s server: the two typefaces used in the design are served from this domain, not from a font network. The homepage additionally loads live previews of our own demo sites from demos.zielomedia.com — that domain is ours, and no third party is involved in serving it.

Enquiries stay on file while there is a live conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
