05What happens after launch?
Anything broken in the first 30 days, we fix at no charge. After that, an optional care plan covers hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring and edits when something changes. Without one, the site and its accounts are still yours.
06What do you need from me?
A few minutes on the contact form: your business, your city, and what the site should do for you. The draft is built from your public record — your reviews and your services — so there is no long questionnaire.
07Who am I signing with?
Property Prophets LLC, a Minnesota company. Zielo Media is its web studio; the contract and the invoice carry that company’s name.
08Where are you based? Do I need to be nearby?
The studio is based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, and works with clients in Miami and Chicago. You don’t need to be nearby: the draft, the revisions and the calls happen over a live link, phone or WhatsApp — in English or Spanish.
