01 What a home service site needs

Nobody browses when the AC quits. They call whoever answers.

Half your visitors are in a hurry and the other half are comparing three quotes. The site has to work for both.

  • 01The call button, always in reach

On a phone the number is a button, one tap from anywhere. If you answer 24/7, the site says so; if you don’t, it shows your real hours.

  • 02Service areas, stated plainly

The towns you actually drive to, listed where people look — so a homeowner knows in one glance whether you come out to them.

  • 03A quote form that asks the right things

What’s wrong, where, how urgent — sent straight to your email, so you call back with an answer instead of more questions.

  • 04Reviews and license, up front

Your real reviews and your license and insurance line, near the top. That’s what people check before they let a crew into the house.

  • 05Pages that follow the season

AC tune-ups in spring, furnace checks in fall, storm inspections after hail. With a care plan, you text us and the offer on the page changes.

  • 06Both languages, for crews and customers

English and Spanish, each written properly and one tap apart — for the homeowner who’d rather explain the problem in Spanish.

04 Questions

Home service websites. The short answers.

Something else? Call or text +1 (786) 694-0674 — in English or Spanish.

01Are Summit Air, Ironline Roofing and Alder & Stone real companies?

No. They’re demo businesses — invented, like their reviews and figures. The design and code are real and running at demos.zielomedia.com. Yours gets your name, your services, your service area and your photos.

02Can customers call us with one tap?

Yes. On phones the number is a button, one tap from anywhere on the page, and the quote form goes straight to your email. If you offer emergency service, the site says so; if you don’t, it shows your real hours.

03Will you make a page for every town we serve?

Not copy-paste ones. Your service area is listed plainly on the site. Pages that only swap the city name are what Google calls doorway pages, and they can hurt more than help. A separate page makes sense where you have something specific to say.

04How much does a contractor website cost?

The same as any site we build: one fixed price from $1,500 to $3,500, agreed in writing before any work starts. 50% to start, 50% when it goes live. An optional care plan runs from $59 a month.

05Can you change the site when the season changes?

Yes, with a care plan: hosting, SSL, backups and uptime monitoring, plus edits when things change — a seasonal offer, a new service, updated hours. You call or text, it gets done. Without one, the site and its accounts are still yours.
